How can I delete my account?

We support deleting your account and related information from Parrot Voice - Recorder.

Steps to delete your account:

1. Submit a request to delete your account by creating a new request.
2. Be sure to include your email address that you signed up with from Parrot.
3. We will send that email address a confirmation email.
4. Once you confirm that email, account deletion will occur within 7 days.
   
   

What data is deleted

• Email address and password OR Google authentication tokens.
• Communication preferences.
• If you have stored tracks with Waveform.cloud, they will be deleted as well.
