I paid for Pro, but my app hasn't upgraded. What can I do?

All upgrades are processed through Google Play. At times, Google Play may not update you instantly.

To ensure that Google Play upgrades you:

  • Restart your phone
  • Open Parrot again.
  • Parrot should upgrade itself to Pro automatically.

 

If you app does not upgrade, you should verify that:

  • You have a good connection to the internet.
  • Check on the Google Play app that your purchase wasn't rejected.
